Porifera Chair

This is another collaboration piece created with my studio partner at the time, Evan Fay. We transformed natural sea sponge into textured seat padding.

Through cleaning, dyeing, cutting, and assembling, we transformed natural sea sponge into textured seat padding. With hand-drawn outlines and irregular cushion material, we aimed to balance metaphor and utility, showcasing honest craftsmanship and transparent construction.
